3rd practice

This third practice will consist on the programming of traffic light, both for vehicles and pedestrians. They will work syncronised and we will add an acoustic signal when green light for pedestrians is on. The operating secuence of the lights and the acoustic signal will be this one:

1. Green for the vehicles and red for pedestrians (4seg)
2. orange for vehicles and red for pedestrians (2seg)
3. Red for vehicles and green for pedestrians + acoustic signal (4seg)
